At ZUR Gallery, every artwork is handled with the utmost care. Each piece is professionally inspected, packaged, and shipped to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Because we offer original artworks and limited editions by contemporary Israeli and Jewish artists, our policy is designed to protect the integrity of the art and the artists we represent.
1. Returns & Final Sale
Due to the unique and often irreplaceable nature of original art, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges for "change of mind" are not accepted once an artwork has been shipped. We strongly encourage you to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions regarding dimensions, materials, or colors.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at zurgallery@gmail.com.
To process your claim, please provide:

Clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.

Your order number.

A brief description of the issue.
Once the claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including shipping costs. We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged artwork before a refund is issued.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that international processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
4. Cancellations & Availability

Cancellations: Cancellation of Transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Inventory Disclaimer: If an original artwork becomes unavailable due to a simultaneous sale through another channel before your order is processed, ZUR Gallery will issue a full refund immediately. This refund shall be the sole remedy for the unavailability of an item.
5. Commissions & Custom Orders
Custom-made artworks, commissions, or items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production or shipping has commenced, except in cases of damage during delivery.
