Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping on all artworks. Every order is professionally packed to ensure safe delivery - whether it’s an original painting, limited edition print, sculpture or photograph.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery varies by destination, usually 10–21 business days for international orders. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free worldwide shipping only on orders exceeding $1,000 USD. For orders under $1,000 USD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • Packaging (Important): All artworks are shipped rolled in protective tubes unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description. Framed works or specific pieces indicated as "pre-stretched" are shipped in reinforced, insured boxes.

  • Delays: Zur Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, courier issues, or any other circumstances beyond our direct control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, local taxes, or VAT. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs office for regulations and fees before purchasing.

Returns & Refunds

Each artwork is a unique creation and is carefully inspected before shipping.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us at zurgallery@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged artwork and the original packaging.

  • Final Sale: Due to the nature of original art, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges for "change of mind" are not accepted once an artwork has been shipped.

  • Lost Shipments: While we provide tracking and insurance for all shipments, our liability for lost items is limited to the terms provided by the shipping carrier.
